It analyzes how agrarian changes have shaped both traditional mass markets and specialized niche markets, highlighting the roles of policy support, market demand, cooperatives, and certification schemes. Despite challenges such as land degradation and chemical pollution, the local food system demonstrated resilience through diversified production, strong social networks, and relatively low dependence on external inputs. The report provides valuable insights into how decentralized food networks function during crises and contributes to ongoing discussions on agroecology and food system resilience in rural contexts.
