This study assesses the impacts of climate change on fisheries in Thua Thien Hue province, Vietnam. It highlights increased floods, typhoons, and droughts, which severely affect both aquaculture and fishing livelihoods. Losses include damage to property, reduced fish yields, and mass deaths of aquatic species. The study recommends adapting aquaculture practices, improving early warning systems, and promoting climate-resilient species and farming strategies to strengthen local resilience.
