This document presents CIRAD and the Lao Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry's experience in promoting agroecology and conservation agriculture education in Laos. It details the Project for Integration of Agroecology in Programs of Agricultural Education for Faculties & Colleges of Agriculture (PIAPAE) project, which aimed to integrate these concepts into agricultural faculty and college curricula through workshops, curriculum development, and capacity building.
