Community Training Organization For Development (CTOD) was established by a group of students from universities in Battambang Province in 2018 (registration at the Ministry of Interior of Cambodia by Prakas No. 4703). It’s a local non-profit, non-governmental, neutral, non-religious and non-racist organisation..

CTOD has implemented a lot of projects, such as:
-Computer training project.
-Enrolment campaign project.
-Providing materials studies to students projects.
-Campaign drawing and poem project.
-Library community project.
-Rights-based approach and land issue project.
-Community Social Accountability forum.
-Women’s rights project.
-Good Governance project.
-Integrate community development.
