DoPC, Lao PDR

The Department of Planning and Cooperation (DOPC) was established in 1998. It serves as an advisory body to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, responsible for managing planning activities, agricultural policies, international economic cooperation, investment, project management, and agricultural statistics.
