ASAC
Founded by farmers and leaders of agricultural cooperatives, Association Sustainable Agriculture Communities (ASAC) is a non-profit, apolitical and democratic grouping of farming communities and cooperatives, without discrimination. Registered with the Ministry of Interior since 7 November 2016, ASAC set up head office in Kandal province. It has branch offices in other provinces and run projects there.
It first received technical support from Farmer’s Life Improvement and Future Light Youth Organization (FLIFLY). It then received financial and technical support from AsiaDHRRA, which financed the Improving Farm Production of 250 households Members of ASAC project (Project Number AIN# 6340 at www.agro-info.net), also financed by European Union-IFAD funds for AgriCord’s Farmers Fighting Poverty (FFP) – Food Security initiatives of farmers’ organizations regional perspective (Asean).
ASAC isn’t involve in any political parties, and don’t support any politicians in any way.

Goals & Objectives
To effectively and efficiently facilitate and support agricultural communities and agri-entrepreneurs in sustainable holistic development activities to reduce poverty and hunger of rural farmers in Cambodia.
Mission
ASAC is working with the government, university, private sector, and international and local NGOs for agricultural extension and strengthening agricultural communities and agri-entrepreneurs as effective instruments for the socio-economic development of farmers in Cambodia.
