LICA

T​he Lao Facilitated Initiative on Agroecology (LICA) was established to support ASEAN’s transition to agroecology. Anchored in regional cooperation with representatives from ASEAN member States, LICA fosters knowledge exchange, strengthens policy coherence, and empowers the regional and national agroecological transition processes across ASEAN countries.
