Environment Conservation and Community Development Association (ECCDA) under the Ministry of Home Affairs of Lao PDR Reference Number: 144/Por Nor dated 29 November 2011.

ECCDA is currently working towards Homenet Laos (HNL). The HNL supports home-based workers in the Lao PDR so that they can improve their products and earn better prices for them, consisting of 3 groups in villages in the Vientiane capital and 2 groups in 2 villages in Luang Prabang; there are more than 100 family members, and it has become a network guided by 8 committee members. This HNL is a member of the HomeNet Southeast Asia (HNSEA), which has covered Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Cambodia, and Lao PDR since 2006.
